It is March 15, 1975 that the famous Eva Jacqueline Longoria was born in
Corpus Christi, a coastal city in South Texas, in a family of Mexican
origin. She grew up on the family ranch, surrounded by her three sisters
which sometimes lead a hard life: her dark eyes, black hair and olive
skin, exceptional in the family, are still the subject of jokes. At the
end of high school, Eva Longoria began studying kinesiology at
Texas A & M Kingsville leads it brilliantly. But the way it was
drawn by fate is far removed from kinesiology. Attracted by the
entertainment, the young woman decides to enter the contest she won Miss
Corpus Christi in 1998. Encouraged by this success, she moved and
settled in Los Angeles.
During a talent show, an officer's remark, and immediately committed.
The roles are linked together easily, and 2000 appears to be of very
good sign. Time of an episode, Eva Longoria plays a stewardess in
the cult hit Beverly Hills, before getting a small role in General
Hospital. She then joined the company 68 Cent Crew to play in the play
What The Rabbi Saw. His first major role, she gets into a dinosaur from
soap operas, the hit series The Young and the Restless, a role which she
keeps for three long years. His remarkable interpretation of the
disorder Isabella Braña Williams earned him to receive, in 2002, ALMA
Award for Outstanding Actress in most Soap Opera category.
